At KPS, we prioritise mental health and well-being through our "Take 5" approach. This initiative encourages students to focus on five simple strategies for managing their mental health.
Our Take 5 pupil champions play a key role in supporting their peers across the school. Additionally, students from
P4 to P7 participate in the Take 5 Club, where they engage in fun activities that celebrate and reinforce these important practices, helping to create a positive and supportive environment for all.
