P1&2 decided to celebrate world earth day by going on a spring walk to look at the different sizes, shapes and colours of all the blossoms, flowers and new shoots that are growing around school. They were delighted to see that the horse chestnut tree that we planted in the autumn now has lovely little green leaves starting to grow.
Everyone had lots of fun outside in the spring sunshine running and rolling down the big hill.
