We had lots of fun exploring books on world book day. Everyone talked about their favourite book and why they liked it. We then went on a story book hunt around the school. We searched for some of our favourite story characters and then had to complete a challenge. We crawled around like the hungry caterpillar, blew down little pigs houses, searched for the gruffalo, sat on baby bears chair, helped red riding hood search for the wolf and climbed over, under and went through things on a bear hunt. Everyone had lots of fun on the story hunt. After lunch we were delighted when P3&4 boys and girls joined us to read us their favourite stories, it was a lovely way to end a fun world book day.
