P1&2 have had lots of fun exploring the story “What the ladybird heard”. They met all the different characters in the story and thought about how they were feeling at different times. They helped Lanky Len and Hefty Hugh make a plan to steal the farmers cow and used the ladybird bee bot to fly around all of the animals to whisper the plan.
On Friday P5 joined us to explore the story outside. We got into four teams and headed off for a morning's fun in the wildlife area. We build a hut or a shed to hide the farmers prizewinning cow, made mud ladybirds, looked at creatures and flowers and made our own pictures from natural materials. Thankfully no one ended up in the pond like Lanky Len or Hefty Hugh!
