We were delighted to welcome Rev. Millar to our assembly today. He had taken the theme of independence which is our school value for this half term. He challenged Faye and Francis to build a pyramid using 10 cups and Ben and Layla had to try to eat a biscuit off their forehead without using their hands. He told us that God wants us to be independent, to always try our best and keep going, like running towards a goal. But he also wants us to stay close to Jesus and listen to our teachers, because they help us to learn and grow.
