We had a fantastic Sports Day filled with fun, energy and team spirit! It was wonderful to see so many children proudly arriving in their House colours 🏠🎨.
The day kicked off with a variety of traditional races including running 🏃, egg and spoon 🥄🥚, sack race, bean bag balance and bounce, and even the welly throw 👢!
Each stage then took part in their House challenges:
♻️ P1/2 – Recycling Race
🌍 P3/4 – Eco Flag Obstacle Race & Jigsaw
🌾 P5–7 – Dress the Scarecrow Obstacle Race
Earlier in the week, pupils also showed great determination in cross country and individual obstacle races 👏
A highlight of the day was the toddler race — such a joy to see our youngest participants getting involved! 👶 The mums impressed in the egg and spoon race, while the dads brought great energy to the bean bag bounce challenge 💪
🍦 Everyone enjoyed a delicious ice cream, kindly sponsored by Dale Farm — the perfect way to finish a brilliant day!
