The Department of Education has informed all schools in Northern Ireland that they have received two additional staff development days that should be taken throughout the remainder of the 2025/2026 school calendar.
As a result of this, Kilrea Primary School will now be closed to all pupils on Tuesday 17th March 2026 and Tuesday 5th May 2026.
