Spot the difference?
This week, Kilrea Primary kicked off Anti-Bullying Week with a splash of colour, creativity, and kindness! Our pupils joined in Odd Socks Day, a fun way to celebrate what makes each of us unique. From bright stripes to quirky patterns, every odd sock reminded us that it’s our differences that make our school community so special.
The theme for this year’s Anti-Bullying Week is “Power for Good”. At KPS, we believe that everyone has the power to make a positive difference – through kindness, friendship, and speaking up when someone needs support.
During the week, pupils will take part in activities that encourage respect, empathy, and teamwork, exploring how small acts of kindness can have a big impact. Together, we can use our power for good to make Kilrea Primary a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
Let’s celebrate our individuality, stand together against bullying, and show that our differences are something to be proud of!
