Keeping Safe Assembly

22nd Apr 2026

Today, Mrs Cooper led our Keeping Safe assembly, with a focus on how to stay safe online. This is such an important topic, and over the coming weeks pupils will take part in lessons in class, as well as complete homework activities with their families, to help everyone understand how to use the internet safely and responsibly.

As part of our current value of “Excellence,” we were also delighted to celebrate some fantastic achievements from our pupils. One of our P6 boys took part in a drumming competition at the weekend and achieved an outstanding 2nd place—an excellent result that reflects his hard work and dedication to practising. Well done!

We also congratulate two of our P7 boys who represented Ballymoney Rugby Club at a weekend tournament, where their teams finished 1st and 2nd in their respective groups. A wonderful achievement—well done, boys!

A great reminder of the many ways our pupils strive for excellence both in and out of school.
