New Year Assembly & Special Birthday Celebrations
We gathered together for our New Year Assembly to celebrate the start of a new term and to mark a very special occasion – Miss Smyth’s 40th birthday 🎉.
Mrs McCombe wished everyone a very happy New Year and hoped that pupils had been enjoying Toy Day. She reminded pupils in P4–P7 that after-school activities will begin next week

Mrs McCombe also thanked everyone for their fantastic efforts selling raffle tickets before Christmas. As a token of appreciation, the top ticket sellers were presented with a lovely treat.
The assembly ended on a joyful note as we celebrated Miss Smyth. Pupils and staff sang Happy Birthday, and she was presented with a yummy cake from Memory Lane and flowers. We wish Miss Smyth a very special weekend as she celebrates this milestone birthday.
