After a great deal of careful consideration and discussion with the Board of Governors and local principals, we have made the decision to close the school on Tuesday 6th January.
This decision has been taken due to the current yellow weather warning for ice, the unavailability of buses, and the fact that staff travel from varied distances. This is not a decision we have taken lightly; however, the safety of our pupils, staff, and families is paramount.
Some simple activities will be uploaded to Google Classroom for pupils to complete at home.
We know many of you are enjoying this rare opportunity to play in the snow, and we would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has shared photos of the fun — it has been lovely to see our pupils making the most of it.
