Dairy Council Visit

Take 5 were delighted to welcome Kerri and Hannah from the Dairy Council to teach us about healthy eating. They taught us about the different food groups and how dairy products are a great source of calcium to keep our teeth and bones healthy and strong. They showed us how we should balance the food we eat with exercise and recommended that we should have 60 minutes of exercise everyday. We all enjoyed doing the healthy eating rap together.
