This week P5 pupils from Kilrea and St Columba’s were welcomed to Garvagh Museum by Ian, Pearl, Jennifer and other friends of the museum. After an introduction to some local history about Lady Garvagh and the Derry Central Railway we explored this amazing collection with a treasure hunt around the museum. Unfortunately we only had time to see a fraction of the artefacts on display so if you have time over the holidays please feel free to visit. You’ll be made more than welcome.
