On Thursday, our P5–P7 pupils were delighted to welcome families and friends to a wonderful Spring Swing concert. It was an uplifting afternoon, filled with music, joy, and a real sense of celebration.
The children presented a varied and engaging programme that showcased their fantastic talent and hard work. Our school choir performed pieces from the recent Music Festival, while P5/6 entertained the audience with Count on Me. P7 delivered a lively performance of Eye of the Tiger, accompanied by drum kit and percussion instruments.
We were also incredibly proud of our instrumentalists, who confidently performed their exam pieces, while our beginner musicians impressed everyone with the progress they have made in such a short time.
The concert concluded with a beautiful rendition of The Blessing, bringing the afternoon to a fitting close as we wished everyone a very happy Easter.
